“The physician must first be a teacher and an example of health. The future of medicine is about slowing the effects of aging with exercise, nutrition, meditation and optimum levels of bio-identical hormones, which will help delay the onset of chronic illnesses. Age management medicine (Cenegenics) is the vehicle necessary to reduce the complications of chronic diseases related to aging.” — Robert D. Willix, Jr., MD
